Police have arrested a man over the fatal stabbing of a Zimbabwean man in Slough, England, on Saturday last week.

Daniel Tulloch, 36, was charged with murder on Thursday and was due before Slough magistrates on Friday.

Tarirai Ransome Munjanja, 23, died after he was knifed in the stomach on Bradley Road in Baylis, Slough, on Saturday night. Paramedics rushed him to Wexham Park Hospital but he later died.

A post mortem carried out on Sunday afternoon determined the cause of death as haemorrhage due to a stab wound to the stomach.

Friends and shocked neighbours have been paying loving tributes to Munjanja.
Flowers and cards have been laid at the scene where he was stabbed.

Friends of the Zimbabwean national, who knew him as ‘Terry’, described him as an “honourable man who always stood by his word”.

Close friend Houston Renoi, 24, said: "He was the closest thing I had to a brother and I can’t believe that some coward could do this.

"I could not even look into his mother’s eyes knowing that her son had been taken from her.

"Terry was a leader and role model and a loyal friend. He lived by his word and will be missed by hundreds of people."
