Angolan under-20 squad beats Zimbabwe in first leg

Luanda – The Angolan national under-20 men's football team beat this Sunday, in Harare, their counterparts of Zimbabwe, by 1-0, in a first leg (last elimination phase) qualifier to the African Nations Championship, to be held in Algeria in 2013.\r\n

\r\n

The goal of the encounter, witnessed by the Angolan ambassador to Zimbabwe, Hendrick Vaal Neto, and by Vice-President of the Angolan Football Federation (FAF), José Luís Prata, was scored by Mateus in the 66th minute.

\r\n

The second leg match will be played within 15 days in the Angolan capital, Luanda.
