In a statement to clients this week, AfrAsia Kingdom Zimbabwe Limited, which recently rebranded from Kingdom Financial Holdings Limited following the establishment of a partnership with the AfrAsia Bank Limited Group, extended appreciation to its valued clients for their patience when Kingdom Bank Limited temporarily closed all its branches last Saturday and all ATMs and Point of Sale machines were temporarily disconnected from June 30 to July 1 to allow for the system upgrade.
“All channels are now available and the system upgrade is an ongoing process till completion to provide world class service to its clients,” said the statement.
Commenting on the new system implementation process, the group chief executive officer, Mrs Lynn Mukonoweshuro, said with the implementation of the more advanced Globus R10 system, the group was expected to deliver better service to its clients.
“Globus R10 is faster, user friendly and a definite notch up from our previous version. We therefore anticipate greater efficiency and better service delivery to our clients as soon as we complete the whole exercise,” she said.
